Handmade crafts are designed only for their intended decorative and household purpose unless the product page states otherwise. Do not exceed stated weight limits where applicable. Do not modify, cut, drill, overload, or misuse the handmade items.

2. Safe Use of Handmade Crafts

All handcrafted items are finished products. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully read and follow the product care instructions.

Improper placement, misuse or rough handling may lead to product damage, personal injury, or property damage.

For larger, heavier craft pieces, take care when moving and positioning them to avoid dropping or tipping.

3. Stability and Placement

Certain handmade craft items, including decorative sculptures, display stands, decorative storage pieces and tall ornamental objects, may present a tip-over risk if placed on uneven, slippery or unstable surfaces.

Place craft items on flat, level and sturdy surfaces.

Keep children away from unstable decorative pieces. Do not allow children to climb, hang, lean on or play with handmade crafts. Place heavier decorative items low on display surfaces. Do not place televisions or other heavy objects on craft items unless the product is explicitly designed for that purpose.

4. Children and Household Safety

Customers should keep small decorative elements, packaging materials, plastic bags and wrapping accessories away from children and pets. Packaging materials should be disposed of safely after unpacking.

5. Product Care

Follow all care instructions provided with the product. Avoid exposure to excessive moisture, direct heat, strong sunlight, harsh cleaning chemicals, or improper cleaning methods unless the product is designed for such conditions. Many handmade materials are fragile and require gentle handling.

6. Product Recalls and Safety Notices

If we become aware of a product recall, safety notice, or corrective action affecting a handmade craft sold by us, we may contact affected customers using the contact information provided at purchase.

We may also provide instructions regarding repair, replacement, refund, disposal, or other corrective action.

7. Reporting Safety Concerns

8. EU Product Safety Information
